Swift Community Care Program
Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Swift Community Care Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

• The Swift Community Care Program is available to individuals, families, and businesses who are facing financial hardship and need assistance with plumbing services.

• Eligibility for the program is based on income and other criteria as determined by Swift Drain and Sewer. 

• Proof of income or hardship may be required to determine eligibility.

• The program applies only to services over $500.

 

2. Discount Structure:

• The Swift Community Care Program offers sliding scale discounts on drain and sewer services over $500, based on the applicant's income and eligibility.

• Discounts are determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary depending on the financial situation and the scope of services required.

• The exact discount rate will be communicated upon review and approval of the application.

 

3. Other Discounts Available:

•  In addition to the Swift Community Care Program, customers may qualify for other discounts, including but not limited to:

  • Senior Citizen Discount  

  • Active Duty Military and Veteran Discount

  • New Customer Discount

• These discounts cannot be combined with the Community Care Program discount, but customers may apply whichever offer provides the highest benefit.

 

4. Program Limitations:

•  The Community Care Program discount applies only to drain and sewer services and does not cover product purchases, materials, taxes, or fees.

• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to services that have already been completed or paid for. 

• The Community Care Program discount cannot be used in combination with other promotions or special offers.

 

5. Application Process:

• To apply for the Swift Community Care Program, eligible customers must complete an application form, providing necessary information such as income details or documentation of financial hardship.

• Swift Drain and Sewer reserves the right to approve or deny applications based on eligibility criteria.   

• All information provided must be accurate and complete for the application to be processed.

 

6. Payment and Billing:

• Discounted services under the Swift Community Care Program must be paid according to the payment terms provided by Swift Drain and Sewer.

• Payment plans or flexible payment options may be available for qualifying customers, subject to approval.

 

7. Program Availability:

• Swift Drain and Sewer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Community Care Program at any time, without prior notice. 

• The program may be subject to availability and scheduling limitations.

 

8. Non-Transferable:

• The Swift Community Care Program discount is non-transferable and can only be applied to the account of the individual or business that is approved for the program.

 

9. Right to Verify Eligibility:

•   Swift Drain and Sewer reserves the right to verify any information provided as part of the application for the Community Care Program.

•   Customers may be required to submit additional documentation to confirm their eligibility.

 

10. Termination of Benefits:

•  If Swift Drain and Sewer determines that any information provided during the application process is false or misleading, the Community Care Program discount may be revoked, and the full service price will be charged.

• In such cases, customers will be notified of the change, and the original price of the services will be applied.

• Swift Drain and Sewer holds the right to terminate the program or eligibility at any time. 

 

11. Limitation of Liability:

• Swift Drain and Sewer is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Community Care Program.

• Swift Drain and Sewer is also not liable for any services or assistance that cannot be provided due to scheduling conflicts or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

12. Acceptance of Terms:

• By applying for and using the Swift Community Care Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
